Kaya Imani performs at BIRD Rotterdam on March 27 2026. She’s one of the voices breathing new life into Dutch R&B, and she fits our stage perfectly, a place where musicianship and honesty always lead. Growing up in a house where music never stopped, Pianos, voices, genres mixing together, she carved out her own path: R&B and soul that comes straight from the heart.
Her rise is anything but accidental. In 2023 she joined FunX Talenten and released her debut EP Imani. Early 2024 brought the real breakthrough: Ben Met Je went wide, Cruise Control with Yssi SB pushed her even further, and the FunX Award for Next Best followed, no surprise, because her sound hits deep.
Late 2024 she released her second album Alles, a project where love, pain, vulnerability and strength blend into music that lingers. Not long after came a sold-out solo show at the Tolhuistuin, proof she’s not just a name, but a force.
In 2026 Kaya takes her Pitstop Tour across the country. Groningen, Tilburg, Utrecht… and of course BIRD Rotterdam. Kaya Imani isn’t here for a moment. She stays, she builds, she grows and you get to experience that energy live.
